SYMPTOMS

When using the Help -> Software Updates feature in DiscJuggler, the application will report that your version is up to date, regardless of what version you are using.

CAUSE

There is a problem in the Software Updates tool that causes the tool to believe that it is always up-to-date.

RESOLUTION

A new version of DiscJuggler has been released with an updated Software Updates tool. This version no longer experiences the same problem. Please update to the latest version to resolve this issue. Remember that this tool only accepts version 4.0 serial numbers. You will need to check the Licensing page for information on how to update/upgrade your license.

Alternatively, the updated file can be run from anywhere to check fo the latest version. The file is available at: http://www.padus.com/support/patches/pfcup.exe. After clicking this link, please select "Open". You will then be asked to enter your serial number and the tool will check for and if necessary download the latest version.

STATUS

This problem has been fixed and is available in all versions of DiscJuggler higher than 4.01.1038.
